Website delivery and server logs

Technically necessary connection data is processed when you visit the website. Add before publication: Hosting provider, server location, log data categories, specific purposes, legal basis, recipients and deletion periods. Check any transfers to third countries after choosing the provider.

Contact and enquiry form

The form collects your name, message and at least one contact method (email address or phone number). These details will be sent to a delivery service that has yet to be selected. The website itself does not permanently store the message content. Add before publication: actual delivery service and recipient, storage location, deletion period for enquiries, legal basis for each type of enquiry and any transfer to a third country.

Protection against abusive requests

The website uses a hidden form field, server-side input validation, short-term rate limiting by IP address and short-term duplicate protection. For this purpose, the running server temporarily processes the IP address and a request identifier. No cookie is set for this. The hosting provider’s actual storage practices must also be documented.

Fonts, images and videos

This draft uses a system font and loads no web font from a third party. The images in use are locally stored drafts; video files have not yet been added. No external video platforms are loaded. This policy must be updated to reflect the actual setup when further media is selected.

Cookies, local storage and analytics

The current website code sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no tracking services. For the cookie notice, the website stores your choice (accepted or rejected) with its timestamp in your browser’s local storage for 180 days. This choice currently activates no optional services. You can reopen the notice and change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. If optional services are added later, we will ask again for specific consent.

Local website assistant

The website assistant answers common questions using preset text in the browser. Messages entered there are not sent to an AI service or another external service and are not stored permanently. The conversation starts again after the page is reloaded.

Social media links and other services

Social media links have not yet been added. Ordinary external links would lead to the relevant platform only when clicked. No other external embeds are currently included. Add the actual destinations and any processing on access once the links are decided.

Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
